| Flight Times: | All flight times are approximate & subject to pilot discretion.
| | Late fees/Standby time: | Standby time or waiting is billed at $100/hr.
| | Cancellations: | 48 hour advanced notice is required for a full refund. Notice provided same day as traveled within 24 hours of the flight will receive up to 50% refund. If no notice is given, no refund is given.
| | After hours: | For flights scheduled before 8am or after 6pm an after hour fee up to $100 will be added to the rates.
| | Airport Fees & Fuel | All airports fees will be added on to the price of quotes flights. Any FBO requiring minimum fuel purchase or ramp fees will be charged to the customers. Fuel surcharges may be added as fuel prices increase without prior notice.
| | Taxes: | All applicable taxes will be added onto the quotes prices.
| | Baggage | 35# per person is allowed for baggage, any excess will receive extra charges, or may be left behind. Please ask if you have large bags. |
